The sale/distribution of the built-in appliances is therefore exclusively carried out via the kitchen furniture industry or kitchen retailers. Special features
Metal construction
A sturdy, well and longtime proven construction renders stability and strength to this metal food slicer. All parts that ensure stability are made of metal, making the device very sturdy and precise.
Swivel mechanism
The E 118Einbau built-in food slicer can be quickly and easily stowed in the base cabinet by means of a swivel mechanism and can be put back into operation in front of the worktop by simply pulling up the swivel mechanism.
Safety switch for intermittent and continuous operation
Two operating modes are available. For short operation, the switch is pressed and pushed forward to the resistor. The circular blade runs as long as the switch remains pressed in this position. For continuous operation, the switch is pressed and pushed beyond the resistor until it engages. The circular blade runs in this operating mode without the switch being held down, until the switch is returned to the "0" position.
Slicing on the left
This food slicer enables you to slice bread, sausage, cheese, fruit or vegetables by guiding them with your left hand. An advantage mainly – but not only - for sinistrals.
Slice thickness continuously adjustable
Whether waferthin or up to approx. 14 mm thick – everything is sliced evenly into appetizing slices – regardless of whether it's bread, sausage, cheese or even vegetables. The serrated circular blade, made from stainless steel, ensures the perfect "slice".
Detachable carriage
The carriage of the E 118Einbau built-in food slicer can be easily removed for oversized products or for cleaning.
Food tray
The food tray to catch the sliced food is placed underneath the circular blade so that the slices can fall directly onto it. The sliced product can be conveniently and directly served using the practical food tray made of high-quality, easy-to-clean plastic.
Powerful eco motor
The power is here! The built-in food slicer E 118Einbau is driven by a 65 W eco motor which is 20 % more economical and just the same 50 % more powerful than the previous model. The use of this energy-saving motor makes a positive contribution to environmental protection.
