Excellent consumer service 2024

According to customer testimonials, customer service is getting worse and dissatisfaction is growing. As shown by the ‘Best Customer and Consumer Service 2024’ ranking commissioned by WirtschaftsWoche in partnership with the market research institute ServiceValue.
In a 2017 survey, the average score was 1.90. In 2024, it is 2.26.
A total of 700 companies from 40 sectors were surveyed by at least 150 consumers with regard to their customer service and assessed using school grades.
As part of the ranking in the ‘Household appliances (small)’ sector, ritter achieved a place in the top group in the ‘Consumer service’ service category.
