Product information "Standard ham- and sausage circular blade without a gear"
The regular standard circular blade made of stainless steel is suited for every-day use. This smooth ham- and sausage circular blade does evenly cut off thin slices from soft food. This blade is not suited for bakery products, especially bread.
The blade is delivered in a storage box.
Please do also check the drive wheels. In case they are worn or damaged, we highly recommend to replace them as well, since a worn drive wheel may lead to a faster wear of the gear.
